Today I took the whole family to OldTown Kluang for Sunday breakfast. We reached there are 10.15am. The place was not packed with many tables still empty. We ordered various types of food. But I waited for more than 45 minutes for my toast. I asked the waiter where was my toast. After an hour of waiting my toast finally arrived. Even my hot tea had turned cold. The waiter handed me two table knives, but the knives were as dirty as if they had been used.
I demanded to see the manager. After 10 minutes of waiting the manager did not appear. I asked the waiter again. He said the manager had went out. Then I demanded to see the supervisor. He said the supervisor had gone to the bank (on Sunday?). He said no one there would listen to my complain.
They thought they could get away scot-free by giving me lame excuses. I am writing to their HQ.

what???? the managers even hid away from customers? I think they better do something about the customer service, I heard more and more people are staying away from old town because of the price

i think serving using dirty knife is part of their ‘secret recipe’.recipe to kill people slowly 🙂 boycott them.
