It was the year-end holidays again. We decided to travel to the north.
Taiping
First, we went to Taiping Lake Garden.
Then we went to Taiping Zoo.
Hah… found my long lost friend there.
At night we went shopping at Tesco Taiping.
Bukit Merah
Then I visited my ex-colleague in Bukit Merah.
Thanks for the cheese cake, Lizie. It was delicious.
Penang
Penang, here we come!
We spent a whole afternoon hunting for the street murals.

Then we moved to Ipoh.
Kek Long Tong Temple.
Night time traffic in Ipoh. No left lane, no right lane. Jalan saja.

glad to see that the taiping water level is full! the 2nd time i was there, there was drought and the water was only half full.
am heading to penang before xmas too, our tradition, but main purpose is only for crab

The famous bicycle mural is on Armenian Street. But there are many other murals scattered around it. Easy to find.
