First, I would like to apologise to all my friends as I did not update my blog nor reply to all your messages and emails. Here’s the story….
I sent an online form to Telekom applying to shift my telephone line to my new house. They replied asking me to go to the nearest Kedai Telekom. No online service for such application. Huh?
I went to Kedai Telekom on the 19th December and filled up a form. After a week, nothing happened. I went again. They told me my new house was outside their service area. They will sent a survey team to look into the area.
A few days later, Telekom called me telling that they will come to fix the line on the 31st but it needs another week for Streamyx to be availaible. I waited… they lied, no one came to fix the line on the 31st. They didn’t even call.
I am still waiting. Life without Internet is hard. Now I am temporary using my school’s network.
