First of all, I would like to thank Mr Razali who showed me how to run Slax (Linux) on my system to check if the “plugged in, not charging” issue is a Windows’ bug or not. After checking with Slax, the battery was not charging too. Clearly it was a hardware problem, not a Windows’ bug.
I was preparing to send my laptop to the technician for the second time. I backed up all the important data and cleared the browser cookies… but this morning, when I switched on the laptop… to my delight… it is charging!!!!
What is going on?
