Today I witnessed a paranormal incident. But before that, let me tell you what happened earlier this year.

Earlier this year, a Standard Two girl in my school collapsed suddenly. She would be fainted any time without warning for 20 to 30 minutes. Her parents sent her to the hospital and the doctors said she was perfectly healthy. There was nothing wrong with her heart, her brain or her nerves system.

Then another girl from the same class got fainted too. Then another and yet another. They claimed they saw “things” in the school and in the classroom. Do you believe them?

Today the fifth girl got the same problem. When the teachers brought her to the sick bay, she woke up and struggled with the teachers. An Ustaz was called from the Education Office. The Ustaz read some holy verses and the girl calmed down. Then another Ustaz from the Jabatan Agama arrived. He interviewed the girl. I was standing by the side listening.

The girl said she saw ugly men walking around the school. They were at the library, the canteen, the hall, the toilet, the classroom… everywhere. There were many of them, not only one. Some of them called her name and waved at her. She pretended that she didn’t see them. Then the men walked towards her, asking her why she ignored them. They showed her some ugly faces with therir mouths slanted to the side of the cheek.

The Ustaz wanted the girl to listen to some holy verses. When he recited the verses, the girl was panting and cupping her ears with her palms. The Ustaz recited louder and louder. The girl struggled hard not to listen. Then she became very violent. The Ustaz hold her head and she screamed “lepas” with a coarse man’s voice. She became so strong and it needed five teachers to pin her to the floor.

The Ustaz asked the “spirit” why it entered the girl’s body. It answered it liked to “main masuk masuk”. The Ustaz asked how many of them were there. It answered “five”. The Ustaz asked where were the other four. It said they were standing just beside them. The Ustaz ordered them to leave the body and not to disturb any of the students anymore. He recited some holy verses and finally the girl woke up and be her self again.

After witnessing this incident, it is hard to say that I do not believe in such thing,
