Here are the updates of the events happened few weeks ago….
Credit card trick…
We went to AmBank but AmBank said they were not directly involved in this case. The card was a MBF card and AmBank only acted as a collection centre. Anyway the officer was kind enough to help us trace back the case. It was indeed a miscommunication. Instead of paying the fee accumulated for 4 years, we were told to pay the amount for a year and the rest of it was waived. Yesterday we received a letter from AmBank saying the blacklisted name has been lifted.
Rubbish still there…
I sent an official written application to MPK and the rubbish is still there. I called MPK a few minutes ago and as usual they said they will look into this matter. Maybe I should talk to their higher authority.
My telephone line…
The wireman came to install the alarm system at my house. He wanted to cut my telephone wire and make an intersection so that the alarm system will call my handphone when the alarm is triggered. I forbade him to do so. I want a good telephone line from the socket to my router without any other connection. We had an argument on it. Then he looked at my connection and agreed to cut the line after it leaves the ADSL filter.
Initially he wanted to use the connection as in Picture 1. Now the alarm system is fixed as in Picture 2.
