Upgraded my Streamyx

Last week I met an old classmate who lives in the area as mine (I moved into this new area 4 months ago). He advised me to upgrade my Streamyx first rather than trying to find other alternatives (like waiting for P1 W1Max or Celcom Broadband). I took his advice and went into TM Point to sign up a form. I was told the new package will start around 3 working days, but the next day when I tried the speedometer, I got this …

Look at the download meter of Flashget …
Previously when downloading, I had enough time to make a cup of coffee. This download was completed before I could reach for my coffee cup.

160KB/s is faster than my home’s 1Mbps!
by the way, do you know that Jaring Broadband is available in Kluang now? It is cheaper than Tmnet.

I’ve downgraded my streamyx few years back, 2005 if not mistaken. Looking at your screenshots make me wanna upgrade my line back!
