I spent last whole week playing with Linux distros. I tried Slax, Fedora, OpenSuse and Ubuntu.
Initially I was very afraid to touch Linux because I thought Linux was an operating system for programmers and not for casual users like me. After a few tries, I found Ubuntu is very user friendly and easy to use.
